Spring Rain

So about a half an hour ago Claudia asked me if she could make supper. Um, yes please.  I was nosing around kinda telling her what to do and she says, "Mom, just go read or something."  I gladly took her suggestion and here I am updating the blog.

Shape-n-Race

I'm not sure how long our church has held a shape and race for fathers and sons, but this was the first year that we have participated.  Little Aaron had so much fun making his car with daddy!!  Bummer it wasn't one of the faster ones, maybe next year!

The little blondie next to Aaron is his buddy, Jaden.  He won the speed competition.  It was sweet to see Aaron being happy for his friend.

I was very grateful to be able to spend the evening with my mom.  What a fun mom she is!!  Mom, I love you and hope to have many more years with you.

Heitland Roller Rink

One of my kids favorite things to do us set up a roller rink in the garage.  Their creativity often times amazes me.  I feel like the pictures of this don't do the fun justice.  Music blaring, Claudia's hilarious MC comments, etc.

And we start off with the bubble skate.

I missed a photo of the backwards skate, but here is the couple skate.  How cute is that!!

He's hidden in there somewhere.  He's been extra tired lately and fell asleep right before supper.

Consistent

There seems to be a pattern forming with this kid.  Life is busy, busy, busy and when I'm in the midst of something, he gets in trouble.

I have someone who can vouch that this would have never happened with my first child.  (Tanya...you know it's true).  Guess my children are getting naughtier or my standards are getting looser.  Either way, Josiah had lots of fun in the cocoa powder the other day.  The funny part was that he was SO proud of himself!  Just look at his face.
