Reunited

Our dear friends from YWAM live fairly close to Steve's home in Iowa.  It's always such a treat to catch up with them when we go.

Iowa Farm

One of my favorite parts of Iowa has always been Steve's grandparent's farm.  It's so beautiful and peaceful out there.  They always kept it so nice and of course and the food was always delicious!

It was hard to be there and know that we will never see Steve's Grandpa again on his beautiful farm.  Though mixed with lots of sadness, it was a joy to be together with the Ostermann family.

So fun to see these sweet girls play together.  They are actually Steve's cousins but the perfect age to play with my girls!!

This was how they decorated the tree house.  So cute!!

                                                 

We did some work around the farm for Grandma, taking leaves and cutting back her flowers.

Steve's Uncle and cousin were harvesting the corn right around the farm the one day we were there.  The kids got to ride in the combine.  How fun!
