The Seesaw (or teetertotter if you're from the Midwest)

One of the highlights of camping is that the site we always get is right across from the playground. My kids LOVE the seesaw. They literally spent hours on it.




Daddy bought Aaron a new Gator and he refused to put it down. So it went in the mouth.

Temper Tantrum

Last night during our soccer game, Aaron had a little fit when at one point Morgan took his ball. Being the good mother that I am I took his picture instead of correcting his attitude. Here is the play by play... a few of the shots are blurry but you get the point.

Family Soccer

This evening we all hung outside playing soccer. Ok, I laid on the ground and took pics while everyone else played soccer. The girls spent a week at soccer camp a few weeks ago so they were showing us their skills, while daddy proved to us all that he still "had it".
I realize this post displays my beginner photography skills. I stink at taking action shots. Fun was still had by all.

Camping

We had a great weekend away. I love to be outdoors all day, sitting by the fire. Sometimes I think I could truly live at the campground!!

I think Aaron was as happy as I was to be there. He fell asleep on the way home and when he woke up we were in the middle of Lancaster city. He began screaming and said, "I WONNA GO BACK TO CAMP!!"

Ok, I do secretly steal a look at that show every once in awhile. Anyway... we got to go camping this weekend with my parents and some friends from growing up. We all had a great time and I've got lots of pics to post. I couldn't resist starting off with these of my dad. I was messing with the settings on my camera.

Fun on the 4th

I was looking at my photos today and saw these few from the 4th. It was the day after I dropped my camera and my lens bit the dust, so the pics are blurry and have a white haze... but I thought they were too cute to pass up.
The past few years our friends Pete and Grace have had a party on the 4th and Pete gets his little rocket out to launch. I'm not sure who likes it more, him or the kids.

Cheap Fun

About a month ago I got Aaron a really cute little bike at a yard sale for $1. He loves the thing and will sit on it for hours. The other night while babysitting, Shannon O. got some shots of him and I think they capture him so well. Love them, Shannon!! Thanks for taking them!!
