Surprise!

Over Josiah's birthday he kept saying, "I want Drew (his cousin) to come to my birthday." It broke my heart that he couldn't have his buddy Drew here for his birthday.

Well...in exactly one week was Drew's birthday. Drew lives in Ohio about 7 hours away. I got a wild hair and decided to take my 3 littles out to Ohio to surprise Drew!! It was a short but sweet trip. It was so great to see the kids' reaction when we showed up unannounced on their doorstep.

We spent an afternoon at a beautiful park by their house so I could snap a few shots of their kids. I love these pics of the siblings/cousins together.

It's sad to me that I have 2 kids that are too old to trick or treat.  Thankfully they still love getting dressed up for their Youth Group Harvest Party.
