I though we may have been crazy

I have always wanted to paint stripes in a room and never had the guts to do it. We finally tackled it in the girl's new room. I was quite nervous, I told Steve this is going to be a ton of work and could turn out really...oh, nice try, or be really cool. I am glad to have a hubby who supports me in some of my crazy ideas.

We are very happy how it turned out. It was not quite as much work as we thought. We have carpet coming for the room next week so things are moving along quickly. Lots needs to happen before then, paint trim, hallway, etc. But it's coming...

Sweet boy, sad b/c he had to go home

18 months

I can hardly believe that my little Greta is 18 months today. She has grown so fast. Greta is so, so happy and has been such a joy to our family.. We don't know what we'd do without her!! I decided to try a little photo shoot today. Gave her some curls for the event. She wasn't too sure of what to think of the curling iron!!


Greta loves:
toothpaste and toothbrushes
running, especially in the nude
her family, she's always in the middle of the action
snuggling and giving kisses
shoes
helping unload the dishwasher
cheese, black beans, ham and candy
being outside
books and sissy's toys
being thrown around by dad

















Claudia gave Greta a special dessert with 1 1/2 candles. She loved the attention. We love you, baby G!!!!
