Grandpa Ostermann

Last week we received word that Steve's Grandpa Oysterman (his mom's dad) was not doing well.  He's been battling Parkinsons for a few years and took a turn for the worse last weekend.  Steve decided to pack us all up and head out to Iowa.  His grandpa passed away as we were on the road to say good-bye to him.

We had a very nice week with his family.  As sad as it is to say good-bye to someone who was so well loved, it is with joy and peace that we said goodbye. He was so well loved and to know that he is in the presence of his God and Savior is comforting to us all.
