My girls absolutely love going to the library. The get as many books as they can shove in their bags and read them all in just a matter of days. I just recently let Aaron start getting his own books. He's so funny carrying this bag that is as big as he is (he calls it a pocketbook...my poor child, surrounded by girls). Anyway, the other day we were getting ready to go and he hung his "pocketbook" on the door and it struck me so cute.
P.S. This is a much more accurate color of my new front door
Cute pic. :-) I love how he's pointing at the "pocketbook" and displaying how you hold it with his other fist. Perhaps that is influenced by the females in his life, but he keeps his masculinity in tact since he's displaying rather than modeling.
ReplyDeleteHave your girls ever "played library?" We (well, mostly myself, dragging my siblings in as customers) used to gather all our books, place ripped papers in them, get out our stamps, spread the books all over the living room in "organized" piles, and set up some type of librarian desk to play library. Just an idea for a rainy day.
The boy is soo cute and the door is niiice.
